All you really need to do is download the latest release, extract "dxgi.dll" and "vrperfkit.yml" into the ETS2/ATS directory, where the .exe file is. Normally "Euro Truck Simulator 2\bin\win_x64" for ETS2 or "American Truck Simulator\bin\win_x64" for ATS. Edit the vrperfkit.yml file and change " method: cas " to " method: fsr ".
Euro Truck Simulator 2 offers a similar experience, albeit on a larger scale, because of the more significant world scale (the distance between seven years). ETS 2 has several different countries throughout Europe.
