Lazer is more mobile and sleek when flying, it lacks VTOL mode that the hydra has though. Both have the same armaments as well. Unless you're willing to waste 6 million dollars for mobility, the hydra is just better to get. Hydra have more armor and it faster than Lazer, but Lazer have better acceleration.

The starting price is $3.9mil and then if you complete the 3rd humane labs setup (deliver emp I think) you unlock the $3mil trade price. btxNh.
