First Download Discord APK by searching on google. Now click on the top of your screen you will see “ Install APK from folder on your computer”. Wait for thr process to install. Select your headset > under Apps locate Discord. Now, Allow discord to use your microphone. You are good to go 🙂.

The only real way to get video from native quest is streaming it, and if you want to talk with friends in the meanwhile, I think your only option would be a facebook call, which I actually don't remember if they released yet.
