Here's a tidbit for anyone else out there the likes to over-engineer their projects and work out all the details: Dry weight of a 1.9 TDI (AHF) with AC and DMF (but no clutch) according to my digital scale is 361 lbs. See pic for exact configuration. Last edited: Dec 13, 2012.
This is mainly related for ANY and AYZ engine codes information. The 1.2 TDI has stock 360er injectors, but some later models might have little bit bigger ones. From factory engine came with 61 hp and 140 NM. Bone stock lupo 3L or audi A2 3L can deliver max roughly 90 hp and 250 Nm. With straigth piping you can get the power roughly to 95 hp.
Also the engine's noise was a lot smoother and the overall throttle response was much much quicker, almost as the turbo was always ready to boost. After ~7km, once the DPF had finished regenerating, the instant consumption went back up to the usual ~5l/100km and the throttle response went to as I knew it (the turbo starts giving boost after 1-2 Hello. Im looking for turbo to around 180-190bhp which will dont die too fast. Car is 1.9 TDI PD101 I know that i can use gt1749vb from ARL but its old one, and there is only chinese after market parts to repair it. Nov 14, 2012. #10. VeeDubTDI said: I think the turbo could theoretically make 1 - 2 psi at idle if the VNT was in max boost position. However, I doubt it is programmed to do this due to increased NOx production and fuel consumption and no benefit to performance. A 90 hp 1.9 TDI engine with regular service can reach 500000 km, even if the driver likes to press gas. There are many variants and powers of the 1.9 TDI engine. The 1.9 TDI engine with 110 bhp and more is more expensive to repair and less variable-geometry turntable and flywheel. When the wear limit is .003 I wouln't want to go looser than .001" if possible, because you would just be that much closer to a rebuild. It will wear in before it wears out. Yeah, at 0.003" your pistons will be slapping the bore sides. I could only think of the extreme cold in Alaska as a reason for so much clearance.
100mg is impossible from 550cc. 80-83mg is max. And 80mg at 4.3k rpm gives 240+ power. There are Dyno sheets even on this forum showing 39degree durations giving smokeless 240+. 39 degrees give definitely around 80mg. If we could have 100mg from 550cc nobody would buy Firad nozzles. 100mg @ 3k rpm is 230hp and 530Nm.

Performance intercoolers from firms like Forge Motorsport, Revo or Mishimoto can provide gains of up to 40 bhp on cars like the Audi RS3. Exact gains will vary from car to car, and you should also bear in mind the power you won’t lose as the engine and ambient temperatures heat up.

Enam.
